At the heart of the app is the one click assist, roadside assistance at a press of a button.
When activated, Mi.Isuzu automatically sends your vehicle information, contact details and your location to our call centre, from there one of our advisors will call, assist and manage the accident process, ensuring you are safe and your vehicle is collected for repair.
Your repair dashboard
Keeping you in the loop, every step of the way.
Once your vehicle is at the repair centre we will send you updates on how your car is doing at every stage of the repair. The repairer may also send you updates and information or add pictures during the repair to show you progress. In addition to this you can leave feedback or download your repair guarantee, or contact us.
Accident Reporting
Capturing all the right details, clearly and simply.
If youre unfortunate enough to have an accident, then you should gather as much information as possible whilst it is still fresh in your mind and also share your details with anyone else involved.
Mi.Isuzu allows you to collate all the data and photos you need with a step by step guide and checklist. The app ensures that photos are GPS and date stamped and offers advice on taking the correct images for your insurer and for your repairer.
These are then stored ready for you to email to Izuzu Assist or your insurer.
